Interiér a korporátní design japonské sushi resturace Aichisushi v centru Prahy, která se nedávno otevřela veřejnosti, navrhl architekt Kryštof Blažek ze studia minio. Z ulice je vidět barový pult, na kterém se před zraky hostů připravuje čerstvé sushi, a několik vyšších stolků se židlemi. Zadní místnost poskytuje komfortní sezení pro zhruba třicet lidí. Podlahu restaurace tvoří beton v barvě mořských řas či tmavých oliv. Stmívatelné volně visící žárovky, na zakázku vyrobené dřevěné lustry a hexagonální podhledové osvětlení ve schématickém tvaru prefektury Aichi doplňují umírněnou světelnou hladinu celého podniku. Zmíněný hexagonální tvar stropního osvětlení se objevuje i u dalších doplňků interiéru, stejně jako v korporátním designu restaurace. Útulnou domáckou atmosféru doplňuje dřevěný obklad dvou stěn v černé barvě připomínající ohořelé uhlíky i náhodně rozmístěné polstrované židle různých tvarů, autorů a typů dřeva. Použité materiály, sladěná barevná kompozice a celková světelná atmosféra restaurace Aichisushi v návštěvnících zaručeně vyvolají chuť k jídlu.

Aichisushi Restaurant

The interior and corporate design of Aichisushi, a Japanese sushi restaurant that recently opened in downtown Prague, were designed by architect Kryštof Blažek (studio minio). A long bar, where fresh sushi is prepared before customers, and several bar tables and stools can be seen from the street. The back room offers comfortable seating for about thirty people. The concrete floor of the restaurant is seaweed or dark olive in colour. Hanging exposed dimmable light bulbs, custom-made wooden ceiling lamps and hexagonal overhead lights, which have been brought together to form the shape of the prefecture of Aichi, Japan, accent the moderate lighting throughout the restaurant. The hexagon shape in the overhead lights is a repeating theme in other interior accessories as well as in the restaurant's corporate design. The charred cinder-like black wood panelling on both walls and randomly scattered upholstered seats, featuring a hodgepodge of designers, shapes and types of wood, all add to the cosy, homey atmosphere. The materials used, matching colour compositions and general well-lit atmosphere are certain to spark the taste buds of all diners at Aichisushi.
